The location is absolutely stunning, with breathtaking views of the loch. The room was clean, comfortable, and filled with beautiful antique furniture. The breakfast was delicious, and the bar had an impressive selection of whiskies and gins. The hotel also offers various activities and walks in the area, making it a perfect place for outdoor enthusiasts. I highly recommend this unique and charming venue.

I had the most incredible stay at Shieldaig Lodge! The newly refurbished hunting lodge exudes Scottish style and charm. The stunning view of the bay from the lodge was absolutely breathtaking. The staff at check-in and breakfast were incredibly attentive and made me feel right at home. The food at the lodge was delicious and exceeded all my expectations. The lodge has truly retained its charm despite the refurbishment, and I can't wait to return.
I must mention that the room was smaller than expected and lacked some modern touches. Additionally, I would have loved to have air conditioning in the room, as it got quite hot during my stay.

Lovely location with breathtaking views of the bay. The cozy single room I stayed in was beautifully furnished, and the bathroom had all the luxurious amenities. The fixed price menu for dinner was exquisite, with a flavorful carrot chantilly and perfectly seared scallops. The main course of venison was cooked to perfection, and the cheese tray for dessert was a delightful treat. The sitting rooms facing the water provided a serene atmosphere to relax. I had a wonderful experience at Shieldaig Lodge and would highly recommend it.
Although the after dinner coffee wasn't included, it didn't detract from the overall experience. The triple room with a garden view was a bit disappointing, as it lacked a bath and was located above the kitchen.

Wow factor! Stunning views over the loch, beautiful sunsets. Staff went above and beyond to ensure a great stay. the lounges were lovely and the food was outstanding.
Our room was on the smaller side, a bit disappointing for the price. the "standard room" was not up to par with the rest of the hotel.

The experience at this hotel was fantastic! The staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating, making us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. The food was absolutely amazing, surpassing all our expectations. We enjoyed the 3-course set menu both evenings and every dish was delicious. The view and location were perfect, offering breathtaking scenery that added to the overall charm of our stay.
There were a few aspects that were not up to par. Additionally, the internet and mobile connections were quite poor, which may be an issue for those who rely heavily on staying connected, especially if traveling with grumpy teenagers.

I had an amazing stay at a classic Victorian hunting lodge. the lodge was beautifully furnished with antique maps, globes, and comfortable chairs. the whisky and gin bar was a great spot to relax and try new drams. the rooms were clean, comfy, and had everything I needed. the staff were friendly and the atmosphere was quiet. The food quality was also very good. Cons: Could not be improved in any way! 😊.
